Cyber Leader, How goes the build? Any more changes since the con? I would really like to see more pics as you had progressed through the build. For example, I would like to have seen a list of items, placements, and treatments of the suite to get it from the white-ish to the wonderful black color?
The gun is wonderful too! Did it light up or make noises?
IS that Dave Duca next to you? I didn't see the glow under the bumper, but I think he disconnected it for the Dalek Sec so he had power for a longer time before he had to recharge.
Colin looks like he's lost a bunch of weight! Good for him! I'd love to hear more about your encounter with him.
I have so make a ton of them before Gencon and will need all the help I can get!
Thanks!

Good for him! I'd love to hear more about your encounter with him. I have so make a ton of them before Gencon and will need all the help I can get! Thanks! Lets see if I can answer all of these questions. I have images in two locations. Here is a link to my photobucket album that should be public. s7.photobucket.com/user/ackbivar/library/Cyber%20Scout?sort=4&page=1Most images are on the Facebook group page, not sure if you can see them, but worth a try I suppose. Here is the album I have there. www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=oa.533406723358129&type=1The color change is simply latex like the original suits. I mix paint in with the latex which will help with the color, but to get the color to match the chest and helmet I have to coat it with 1 coat of the spray paint I used on other parts. Satin Black is the color that would be needed for scouts. Silver cybermen can be done the same way. There was 3 coats of latex on the suit and it worked perfectly. The gun is a kit of sorts from Mooncrest Models. Gary is a great guy and will ship within a day normally after an order is placed. You can find his site at www.mooncrest-models.co.uk The whole gun would run about $100.00. If you know where to get the parts in the US from architecture stores then you may not need all the gun packages to make a kit so to speak. If all the parts are not listed on his site, if you email him he will get them on there. Mine did not light up at the time, but it is VERY easy to add parts to the gun since it comes in so many pieces and you just sand, prime, paint and assemble. Not hard at all to assemble, just takes a little time. The Dalek next to me was not Dave. I have suggested that next year they bring Dave in as a guest if he can get away long enough. The Dalek did not really move because it was a foot push type and was make out of a lot of smaller sticks I guess could be a good word. Hand drills were used to rotate the parts. I was not able to see inside, Steve Gostelow was telling me about it. Colin was great! The staff member at the door had me wait to enter until the line was almost gone. (I had already gotten my autograph on the back plate earlier, so had time to get suit one real quick). I marched in after he got Colin's attention and he lit up. He had to get up and come see me and joke about how short cybermen had gotten over the years. I had no idea he was choking me or anything since I can't see down. Was pretty entertaining to see the shots afterward. I will also have the suit at Chicago Tardis to see him again....and again if I go to Gallifrey One since I have tickets already. He may think I am a stalker by that point lol. If I can help with anything let me know. The suit is not too bad, and a ton easier then my cybus. The hardest part was making the veins and then glueing them on prior to latex. I think I added more glue then I needed since latex sealed me in. The tubes on my knees however decided to start seperating at the junction so I have to repair them or maybe just add more latex to that area before cons. The junction above the knee is difficult to keep together I suppose because legs have to be bent up some just to get the suit on.
